Clean Energy Cities

Date: August 3, 2017
Time: 12:00 am - 12:00 am
Location: First Church of Boston, 66 Marlborough St.

With the federal government moving in the wrong direction on climate change and clean energy, we need bold, visionary leadership at the local level. At Clean Energy Cities, experts will discuss how cities can accelerate the transition to 100 percent renewable energy.

The Environment Massachusetts Research & Policy Center will present findings from a new report looking at the most innovative, forward-thinking clean energy policies adopted by cities across the country and discuss how these case studies could serve as inspiration for Boston’s revised Climate Action Plan. Other speakers will share examples of ambitious clean energy programs adopted by municipalities, institutions, and businesses in Massachusetts and beyond.

Light refreshments served.
